Shipping Duration:
Products are delivered within 2 to 7 business working days after dispatch.
Deliveries to very remote or difficult locations may take up to 10 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints.
International shipments will be delivered in 7 to 15 days depending on the country.
In rare cases, deliveries may take up to 15 days due to reasons such as logistic problems, government regulation change, Custom clearance, etc.
For specially made-to-order products please give us up to 15 days to manufacture the product according to your requirements. We will ship the product as soon as it is ready.
All products are shipped out between 3-10 working days depending on the product category.

Shipping Charges: Delivery outside India
Gehnashop.com charges a minimum amount of INR 1399 (per order-Rate varies depending upon the weight, an additional INR 500 will be added for an additional 1kg) for all shipping outside India.
For Delivery outside India, the Cash on Delivery mode of payment option is not available.
Important Note: Additional charges like Import Duty or Customs Duty if any, specific to a particular country are to be borne by the customer.
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through Registered International Courier companies. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through Registered Domestic Courier companies and /or Speed Post only. Orders are shipped within 7-10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post.
Change of Delivery Address
Once the order has been placed but not dispatched the order Is still under process, we can change the delivery address. You need to contact us at sales@gehnashop.com as soon as possible. Or u can call us on our customer care number+91 9638310354.
Once the order has been placed and dispatched, we could be unable to redirect the order to the second delivery address. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

But whether the order can or cannot be delivered to your address also depends on various circumstances such as whether our trusted delivery partner can deliver at your address, Legal Restrictions, if any, on shipping particular products to your location.
